Shilpi's Kitchen & Caterer is a home-based cloud kitchen operating from Ward 2, Pradhan Nagar, Siliguri, West Bengal 734003, India.

• An order is considered confirmed only after we acknowledge it on WhatsApp or by phone.
• We may decline or modify an order if items are unavailable, the delivery area is out of reach, or in case of high demand on festival days.
• Prices on the website are indicative. Final prices are confirmed at the time of order.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of basic preparation costs.
• We accept UPI, cash on delivery and bank transfer.
• For catering and large/bulk orders, an advance payment may be requested to confirm the booking.

• We deliver across Siliguri. Areas outside our regular zone may incur a small delivery charge, confirmed in advance.
• Estimated delivery time is shared at the time of order confirmation. Time may vary based on weather, traffic and order volume.
• Please be available at the delivery address and pick up the call when our rider arrives.

• Daily food and snack orders can be cancelled free of charge until the order has been put on the stove. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Catering and bulk orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations after that may not be refundable as ingredients are already procured.
• If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please share a photo on WhatsApp within 1 hour of delivery. We will replace it or refund the amount.

• All food is freshly prepared in small batches in our kitchen and is best consumed on the same day.
• Frozen items must be stored in the freezer and used by the date mentioned on the pack.
• Please inform us of any allergies (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.) before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen.

This website is provided to help you browse our menu and place orders. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use the WhatsApp order links for spam or harassment.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from delays caused by weather, network issues or events beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal.
